Alenia Aeronautica will carry out two full-scale structural tests of the Boeing 787 horizontal stabilizer, as well as in other partial tests in connection with its new technologies.
These will be carried out in existing labs as well as in the Structures, Processes, Materials and Systems labs facility being built in Pomigliano (Naples).
The expansion will also be applied to other cooperative programs including the Superjet family and Airbus airliners.
